Short for Death Electric Emo Protest, this wacky workout calls for dressing in whatever costume feels like the true you, and moving your body in any way, shape, and form that feels right. It is an absurdist workout form invented in 2007 by Miguel Gutierrez.
Gutierrez leads a one hour class open and available to anyone who is interested in showing up. Participants are invited to come in costume, or to create a costume on site at the “Transformation Station.”
