Are you interested in learning new techniques to promote vitality, reduce stress, and enhance creativity? Join a free yoga workshop at La Peña Cultural Center in Berkeley, California on Sunday, January 29th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Have the opportunity to try on a variety of health creating habits which you can implement in your everyday life.
Come to the workshop prepared to:
- Share your intentions for 2017
- Learn breathing and meditation practices to reduce everyday stress and enhance creativity
- Learn self-massage techniques, simple yoga postures, Qi Gong, and chanting to promote physical health and vitality
- Meet like-minded individuals interested in self-healing practice
Please wear comfortable clothes. All materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own mat and blanket, a journal and writing utensil.
This is a by donation workshop, with all proceeds going to support La Pena’s Cultural Center’s community events and social justice work. No individual will be turned away for lack of funds.
