Always wanted to give Pilates a try but doesn’t know how and where to start?
The Working Body invites you to a free intro to Pilates class on Sunday, December 11th from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at 399 Grand Avenue in Oakland, California.
In this class, you will learn about the basic principles of Pilates, without using any equipment except for the mat. The basics of Pilates Tower and Reformer will also be discussed.
Pilates strengthens and elongates, improving muscle balance and elasticity, joint mobility, core strength and proper posture alignment.
The Working Body believes that a body with balanced flexibility and strength is likely to be injured.
