Kayak around Staten Island for free with Freshkills Park staff on Sunday, April 30th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in New York.
This adventure along the park’s waterways will take you into the William T. Davis Wildlife Refuge and up close to some of the park’s different wildlife.
Please note that spots are limited and demand is very high for kayak tours.Kayaks, life vests, and brief safety training will be provided for free. If you have your own kayak, let the team know if you’re planning to bring to the park.
Kayak tours are limited to participants ages 16 and over, in good health and with basic swimming skills. Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet.
