Learn how to practice yoga in a fun and supportive class and meet new friends at the Yoga Garden SF. Each class is for everyone who has never tried yoga before and is interested to be a certified yogi.
Yoga Garden SF will provide everything you need like yoga mats and stuff, just don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing like sweats, t-shirt or shorts.
The classes are free and open to the public every first and third Sundays of each month, but in order to keep the class small, a pre-registration is required.
