Join the free film screening of “Made in Cambodia,” a short film by Asad Faruqi, the cinematographer for Oscar winning documentary “A Girl in the River” and “Saving Face.”
On Fashion Revolution Day, the California College of Arts together with the Levi Strauss Foundation will be screening the film on Monday, April 24th at California College of the Arts SF (CCA SF) in San Francisco, California, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
The film is about the three fashion design students, who embark on a life changing journey to Cambodia to experience the day-to-day lives of the invisible women behind our fashion.
Also grab the chance to hear from fashion disruptor Paul Dillinger (Head of Global Product Innovation at Levi Strauss & Company) on the future of ethical fashion.
Come and learn how the Remake Journey to Cambodia, recently featured on NBC, has forever changed three graduating fashion students’ lives and affected their view on the fashion industry.
