Attend the free launch of the book “On Vegetables: Modern Recipes” by Jeremy Fox, who first made his name at the Michelin-starred restaurant Ubuntu in Napa Valley.
The launch will be on Tuesday, April 18th at Omnivore Books on Food in San Francisco, California from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Fox is known for his game-changing approach to cooking with vegetables. Today, he is one of America’s well known chefs, celebrated for the ingredient-focused cuisine he serves at the Los Angeles restaurant, Rustic Canyon Wine Bar and Seasonal Kitchen.
Omnivore Books on Food is a bookstore packed with different kinds new, antiquarian, and collectible titles all about food and cooking.
