Join the San Francisco Main Library as they welcome friends, family, and readers of Pat Parker’s works to celebrate the book launch of The Complete Works of Pat Parker published by Sinister Wisdom.
The launch will be on Saturday, November 19th at 1:30 pm until 4:30 pm in San Francisco, California.
Some of the guests are poet Arisa White, Lea Arellano, Malaika H. Kambon, Kiebpoli Calnek, Adreana Clay, Michelle Jacques, Lenn Keller, Jewelle Gomez and Gina Breedlove.
Pat Parker was an African-American lesbian poet rocknroller performance artist, a daughter, sister, lover, and a mother. She was described as a revolutionary feminist who believed revolution is not neat or pretty or quick.
